Having collaborated for many years on a range of sustainability-related projects Ashridge and InterfaceRAISE came together in early 2007 to develop a joint initiative aimed at supporting sustainable business needs and exploring partnership possibilities.
By November 2007 this project had evolved into Ashridge InterfaceRAISE, and the consultancy service - 'The Business of Sustainability' - was born.

We realised that an increasing number of CEOs and senior managers were becoming interested in the idea of growing their operations in an intelligent and responsible way. The blueprint for this offering already exists in the US where Interface has been working with a number of large companies, such as Wal-Mart, to successfully develop and work towards achieving ambitious sustainable business targets.
